I’ve always enjoyed the creative freedom that comes with playing solo. From a young age I played classical repertoire and that experience continues to inform my approach to playing popular music and jazz. While technique is always front and center, what really counts to me is conveying emotion.

 

Since I got my start in Montreal, I’ve been fortunate to have many opportunities to perform overseas. Playing solo (and duo with some wonderful singers) has taken me to Morocco, Bahrain, Bermuda, Central America, and to many of the Caribbean islands.

 

I’ve played solo piano in many settings from concert halls, clubs, and hotels to churches, corporate ballrooms, and private house parties. My goal is always the same – to share music that suits the venue and connects with my audience. I hope you enjoy this small sample of my solo piano work. Requests always welcome!
